Delete your Laxmii account

You can request deletion of your Laxmii account and its associated account data without installing the app.

Send a deletion request

Email tamalkchandra@gmail.com from the address you use for Laxmii, with the subject Laxmii account deletion request. Say that you want to delete your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting.

This opens your email app. It does not send anything or delete your account automatically. Never include your password or sign-in verification code.

What the request covers

Deletion covers your Supabase sign-in account, linked service access and account-linked voice-usage records. Limited information may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or disputes, as explained in our privacy policy. Processing providers can retain operational logs under their own retention arrangements; deletion does not promise immediate removal of every provider log or backup.

Your local financial records are separate

The publisher does not remotely erase your phone’s local ledger when deleting an account. To remove local records, use Settings → Reset App Data, clear the app’s storage or uninstall. Save a backup first if you want to keep them. Files you already exported or backed up remain wherever you saved them.

Subscriptions and cloud backup

Account deletion and uninstalling are not subscription cancellation. Once purchases are enabled, cancel any subscription separately through Google Play. Cloud backup is not currently available; if introduced, this page and the privacy policy will be updated with its deletion and retention rules.
